THIS IS OUR TIME Now in its third year, the Time-Based Art Festival continues to push buttons, boundaries and limits. Join us September 9-18, 2005, as we introduce work of global consequence by artists who move us forward in the most wondrous ways.

Over the course of ten days the Portland Institute for Contemporary Art (PICA) presents moving bodies, images and sound in more than a dozen venues and in some pretty unlikely places from the sidewalk to the bridges right here in Portland, Oregon.

THE WORLD ON STAGE TBA brings together a remarkable group of artists from around the world for ten days of extraordinary activity. Contemporary masters and significant emerging artists re-frame a complicated time and allow us to imagine new possibilities. Their work is challenging, electric and mesmerizing. When they move, you move too.
