Przemek Matecki. Apparition

Raster gallery invites you for the opening of Przemek Matecki's exhibition, 'Widziadło' (Apparition). The artist's latest works are the effect of eremetic efforts in the studio, and also of collaborations with other artists of repute across various generations: Tomasz Ciecierski, Paweł Susid and Zbigniew Rogalski. Unexpected and unconventional, these collaborative paintings were created according to Matecki's own script, based on a creative game between different personalities and their respective styles of painting. Raster presents these paintings alongside other works created independently by Matecki over the past few months. The exhibition is an uncommon opportunity to contemplate a painter of today's era and his left-brained twist with regard to the production of art and imagery.
