The artistic work of Mariana Silva is marked by a strong conceptual component that reflects her preoccupation with questions of culture, museology and sociology in general.

By approaching theatre audiences and through questioning museums and boundaries between culture and nature, Mariana Silva has progressively shifted her research towards theoretical modes of thinking about audiences, looking closely at case studies but also evaluating the reflexive discourses that frame them.

This exhibition project is centred round the installation of a filmic work devoted to analysing the behaviours of masses, human and animal, especially from the point of view of their movement, and questions resources and technologies in our way of recognising these collective systems.
