The Haunted exhibition brings together an impressive group with one similarity; Contemporary Installation Art. Thoughtfully set against the compact, commercial backdrop of Portland's Affair at the Jupiter, Haunted offers a theatrically-charged, wide-open discourse on non-commercial pursuits in contemporary art. Utilizing Disjecta's vast 24,000 sf art warehouse, these 22 artists on the cusp of stardom create a collage of works that weave throughout the building and activate the exterior with a unique mix of film and video, performance, sculpture and installation.
