Galerie Nordenhake is pleased to present a solo exhibition with Håkan Rehnberg. After his solo-exhibition "Double Scene" at the Moderna Museet in Stockholm at the beginning of this year the gallery will show new paintings and a recent sculpture by the artist.

Håkan Rehnberg (b. 1953) is a influential Swedish artist, who for decades has produced paintings that combine unique formal precision with a fascination for the inherent potential of sensuality.

Håkan Rehnberg represented Sweden at the Sydney Biennial 2010 and has exhibited widely both in Sweden and internationally, including Charlottenborg Kunsthal, Copenhagen, Studio A, Otterndorf, Museum gegenstandsfreier Kunst (Germany), Sønderjyllands Kunstmuseum, (Denmark), Reykavik Art Museum (Iceland), Helsinki City Art Museum (Finland), Centre Culturel Suédois (France). Venues in Sweden include Moderna Museet, Malmö Konstmuseum, Millesgården, Eskilstuna Konsthall, Rooseum, Vida Konsthall, Wanås slottspark, and Liljevalchs Konsthall. This is his eleventh exhibition at Galerie Nordenhake.
