The Blue Noses Group - Viacheslav Mizin, Alexander Shaburov Viacheslav Mizin was born on May 22, 1962, in Novosobirsk. Alexnader Shaburov was born on August 27, 1965, in Beriozovsky. The members of the Blue Noses group are participants of the 50th and the 51th Venice Biennale and the 1st Moscow Biennale.

Whereas all the country follows closely the development of affairs in Chechnya, the arrested of the oligarchs and pensioners' hardships, these relevant topics are scarcely ever reflected in the works of the fashionable contemporary artists. The subject of labor, which only yesterday com-manded views in Socialist Realism, now seems to be gone with the wind. Why " the hands of the workers, creating all wealth on this planet" are not seen on the covers of glossy magazines?

Artists Mizin and Shaburov, worried about such a metamorphosis, in the new project tried to mix the stylish glamour with the bloody sweat of the Russian laborers.
