Maxwell Alexandre (b. 1990, Rio de Janeiro), based in Rocinha/Brazil, is a painter of large-format works. He studied in the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro; and participated in the Photography Course for works registration of PAC (Growth Acceleration Program) in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro.
