İz Öztat (b. 1981, Istanbul, Turkey), based in Istanbul, is a member of BAÇOY-KOOP (Printing, Duplication and Distribution Cooperative). She has taught at Oberlin College (USA) as a Visiting Professor. İz Öztat studied at the Sabanci University, Faculty of Arts and Communication Design, Istanbul; and at Oberlin College, Visual Arts, Ohio.
