Nile Sunset Annex Group

Nile Sunset Annex is an experimental self-funded artist-run project in Cairo and was founded in January 2013 by the artists Taha Belal, Hady Aboukamar, and Jenifer Evans. Nile Sunset Annex has become one of the region’s most dynamic platforms for contemporary art. Over the past two years, NSA has organized an ongoing series of experimental exhibitions with local, regional, and international artists. This program is the generator for the Nile Sunset Annex Art Collection, which includes one key work from each exhibition presented. Belal and Evans call this the only circulating collection of contemporary art in Egypt.
